Gro\u00dfe Warzenh\u00f6fe bei Frauen sind entweder genetisch bedingt oder das Ergebnis ihrer Dehnung als Teil des Prozesses altersbedingter Ver\u00e4nderungen der Br\u00fcste; \u00e4sthetisch positive Kriterien sind daher kleinere Warzenh\u00f6fe. Bei der plastischen Chirurgie gro\u00dfer Brustwarzenh\u00f6fe zu deren Verkleinerung wird \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige pigmentierte Haut entfernt und der Rand des Warzenhofs vern\u00e4ht, so dass die Narbe diskret platziert werden kann.
